      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with warm leads daily through an outbound auto-dialer, making 70-100+ calls as needed
      - Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate potential members on debt resolution programs
      - Complete applications and collaborate with underwriting teams for a smooth enrollment process
      - Consistently achieve and surpass sales goals and performance metrics
      - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the enrollment journey

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of successful call center sales experience
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Experience in making outbound calls to warm leads
      - Strong understanding of consultative sales processes with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
      - Ability to think quickly and empathetically to assist members effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with high-volume call environments, particularly with 70-100+ dials
