What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts
- Manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored telehealth solutions to prospective clients
- Collaborate with potential clients to understand their unique needs and develop customized proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business
- Local to the Des Moines, IA area
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in telehealth, SaaS, or healthcare technology
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working in a startup environment
- Familiarity with telehealth trends and regulations
- Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot
