      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make outbound calls and follow up with existing and prospective customers to drive sales and promote special product offers
      - Identify, qualify, and develop leads using CRM tools, research, and targeted outreach
      - Build and maintain relationships with customers in an assigned territory to foster loyalty and repeat business
      - Promote special offers and product campaigns, including time-sensitive promotions and marketing-driven campaigns
      - Maintain CRM records to track activities, progress, and opportunities in the sales pipeline

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Previous customer service or outbound/inside sales experience
      - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building
      - Strong communication skills with a confident, clear, and courteous phone manner
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
      - Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
      - A positive, motivated, and customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
