What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full cycle sales process for new customers
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs while achieving established sales goals
- Advocate for the client’s products and services, building interest and awareness
- Continuously seek coaching and guidance from peers and managers to improve performance
- Articulate business and technical propositions effectively through calls and emails
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of proven tech sales experience; SaaS or financial experience preferred
- Strong sales aptitude with a customer-focused approach
- High confidence with the ability to build trust quickly during initial calls
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to synthesize information effectively
- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SalesForce, Outreach, Gong, and other sales tech stacks
- A passion for technology and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
