What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct sales support for the Project segment, including quotes and project management
- Prepare and present sales proposals, merchandising, and marketing programs
- Maintain superior customer service and a regular sales call schedule for assigned accounts
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the House of Rohl Sales Team and other stakeholders
- Conduct pre and post-sale follow-ups on quotes and project timelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree is highly desired
- Minimum of 1 year of prior sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external customers
- Strong listening skills and the ability to exhibit energy, enthusiasm, and endurance
- Flexibility to work overtime up to 20% as business opportunities arise
