What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate and support all quoting and order management activities within assigned accounts
- Respond accurately to customer requirements within specified time frames
- Maintain strong working knowledge of assigned accounts and strategic OEM products
- Leverage product promotions and rebate incentives to enhance sales
- Assist in mentoring and onboarding new sales operations employees
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.A. in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in the IT industry
- Minimum of two years of sales or sales support experience in the information technology industry
- Proficient PC skills, especially in MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel as required to meet team and departmental goals
