What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct warm and outbound calls to potential customers to locate new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain customer relationships to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Follow up on cold and warm leads and secure meetings with prospects and clients
- Demonstrate training and consulting products and services to engage prospects and clients
- Leverage sales tools to organize and scale outreach efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions
- Proven track record of sales and ability to prospect for new business
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple responsibilities
- Awareness of key technologies and technology vendors at a high level
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 3 years in inside sales selling services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Apollo IO
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with major technology vendors like Microsoft, Cisco, and AWS is a plus
- Experience selling training solutions is a plus
