  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and manage new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails
  - Analyze customer needs to identify potential opportunities for the employer's products and services
  - Route qualified leads to the appropriate team member for further development and closure
  - Drive sales closure and manage the sales pipeline to achieve quarterly sales objectives
  - Conduct research on target accounts and maintain an accurate database of prospects
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 2-4 years of related customer service and sales experience
  - Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Word/Excel, PowerPoint, and Customer Relations Management software
  - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  - Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
  - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry
  - Familiarity with business mathematics and data analysis techniques
  - Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
