What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of small and mid-sized public library customers across the U.S., focusing on outreach and sales growth
- Support Account Managers with top-tier accounts through coordination of follow-ups, quotes, and product sampling
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing through various outreach methods
- Collaborate with marketing and customer experience teams to identify trends and enhance offerings
- Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
