      Description

      Are you a persuasive, self-motivated Inside Sales Representative with a passion for helping people? Offr Plus, LLC is looking for a high-performing High Ticket Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team.

      As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll speak with warm, inbound leads and help qualified candidates enroll in our high-ticket real estate education programs, with a focus on wholesale real estate and multifamily investing. This is a remote position with six-figure earning potential for top performers. Please note this is a 100% commission-based role

      Responsibilities
      • Conduct consultations via phone or Zoom to understand prospects' goals
      • Recommend the appropriate Offr Plus coaching program to fit their needs
      • Close high-ticket sales ($3,000 - $25,000+)
      • Follow up consistently using our CRM system
      • Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
      • Maintain high integrity and professionalism on every call
      • Collaborate with team members and contribute to improving our sales processes

      Qualifications
      • Proven experience in high-ticket sales ($5k+ packages preferred)
      • Background in real estate, coaching, education, or consulting sales is a plus
      • Excellent communication and active listening skills
      • Confidence in overcoming objections and closing deals
      • Comfortable using Zoom, CRM systems, and calendar tools
      • Motivated, accountable, and performance-driven
      • Ability to work remotely with a strong internet connection
      • Passion for real estate, business expansion, and personal development
      • Displays a proven track record of sales success by lead-generation and closing
