- Manage a portfolio of ADG accounts, expanding share-of-wallet through insight-driven engagement.
- Support Account Managers by identifying program needs and uncovering cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Engage with stakeholders (program managers, engineers, and buyers) to align solutions with mission objectives.
- Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities, maintain pipelines, and forecast revenue.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for strategic accounts, providing continuity, responsiveness, and value-added guidance.
- Maintain deep knowledge of federal procurement processes, defense logistics, and compliance requirements.
- Support quoting, bid development, and customer-specific pricing strategies in coordination with Contracts and Pricing teams.
- Process quotes, purchase orders, and order status updates through CRM and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance from opportunity creation to order fulfillment.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Contracts, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure seamless execution of customer commitments.
- Share voice-of-customer insights with internal teams to inform strategy and improve service delivery.
- Participate in sales strategy discussions and provide account-level intelligence to support go-to-market planning
- 3+ years of Inside Sales experience, preferably within Aerospace, Defense, or Government sectors.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience supporting full-cycle sales processes from quoting to order fulfillment, with a strong emphasis on transactional accuracy, attention to detail, and high proficiency navigating CRM and ERP systems to ensure error-free data entry, order processing, and customer documentation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Familiarity with DoD and federal acquisition environments, including FAR/DFAR, GSA schedules, and government contracting.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (typically quarterly) to support customer or team engagements.
- Proficient in federal bid and customer-specific portals (e.g., SAM.gov) with a strong ability to manage quoting and order entry processes across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with the defense industry, including program lifecycles, sustainment support, and contract requirements.
- Working knowledge of compliance protocols such as ITAR, CMMC, and export control regulations, with an ability to ensure transactional accuracy in a regulated sales environment.

Position Summary:
