What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a tailored engagement strategy to enhance customer experience
- Conduct 30+ outbound calls daily to prospect and customer accounts to identify and qualify opportunities
- Utilize account-based marketing tactics to create personalized campaigns that drive pipeline growth
- Manage and close small deals, progressing stale opportunities as needed
- Collaborate on larger deals and support the sales process as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
- Ability to commute to the employer's office 1-3 times per quarter
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships with customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a dynamic sales environment
