What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect for new sales opportunities through outbound calling and emailing
- Facilitate the sales process by managing projects, tracking orders, and resolving issues
- Generate profitable growth by achieving sales quotas
- Provide product pricing by consulting the pricing matrix and other resources
- Perform estimating, take-off, and proposal duties as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a sales-related position
- High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM
- Experience in inbound/outbound phone call environments
- Strong organizational skills and professional phone etiquette
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of sales experience, particularly in business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, and lighting
- Experience with consultative selling or solution selling
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote/hybrid position
- Independent and accountable self-starter
