What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect new sales opportunities and qualify leads for the Japan market
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns
- Assist in the preparation and submission of sales quotations and legal documents
- Support the order process, including account verification and inventory checks
- Maintain and update information in the CRM system (Salesforce)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Immunology, or a related field
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Ability to solve problems and think strategically
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven commercial experience in life sciences or NGS
- Experience using a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and/or prospecting tools
- Familiarity with commercial business operations and the sales lifecycle
