What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Initiate sales opportunities through outbound cold calling and inbound calls
- Manage new price requests and maintain accurate records in CRM software
- Serve as a liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors, and Territory Managers
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders and follow up on sample requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar inside sales role
- Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required
- Outstanding customer service skills with a strong drive to exceed expectations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
