      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities in collaboration with management
      - Initiate sales opportunities through outbound cold calling and inbound calls with existing and new customers
      - Manage new price requests and maintain accurate customer information within CRM software
      - Serve as a liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors, and Territory Managers
      - Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding orders and follow up on sample requests and quotes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar inside sales role
      - Required experience in the lighting industry and product knowledge
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Teams, and Excel
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional organizational abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CRM software and Prophet 21
      - Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills with a focus on rapid responses and clarity in communication
      - Ability to perform well in a time-sensitive work environment
      - Proven track record of working well independently and as part of a team
