Job Description
- Req#: 5001010436000
- Provide technical support to the sales organization, including monitoring shipping, deliver and return status, as required
- Handle incoming customer requests for orders and product information (equipment specifications and applications)
- Enter orders into the NxTrend ordering system
- Purchase accessory equipment as required to compliment Carrier equipment on jobs
- Manage customer orders from origination to delivery
- Provide post-sale follow up and support as required
- Work with customers, sales, and internal/external suppliers to resolve issues as they arise
- Work with sales to take off and submit job quotes
- Work with Warranty to answer warranty questions
- High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
