What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that address operational challenges
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for self-service analytics across the organization
- Build trusted relationships with business partners to identify reporting needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of dashboards
- Provide support and training for dashboard users, documenting best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated success in translating data into business insights and actionable recommendations
- Experience with dashboards and visualizations, ideally using Tableau or a similar BI platform
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to tell the story behind the numbers
- Technical proficiency in working with data using SQL, Excel, or other relevant tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with partners
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced Tableau experience, including design and interactivity
- Background in healthcare analytics or revenue cycle operations
- Familiarity with SQL, ETL, data modeling, or modern data warehousing concepts
- Experience in process improvement or agile project delivery
- Experience in supporting or training business users in BI solutions
