      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate and maintain regular communication with customers throughout the installation lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and timely follow-up
      - Coordinate and communicate with internal and external partners to assist with job-level inquiries and resolve escalations
      - Manage the intake and processing of all open jobs, ensuring accurate paperwork and scheduling of pre-installation inspections
      - Collect payments from customers and process labor bills for third-party service providers
      - Oversee the scheduling of services and manage service tickets as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be eighteen years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Minimum of 1 year of work experience
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Proficient computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge or experience in the home improvement or construction industry
      - Prior clerical and/or administrative background
      - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving abilities
