What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers
- Take customer orders over the phone and online, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and order staging
- Direct delivery specialists to ensure timely order deliveries to customers
- Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and manage new core and warranty returns
- Assist with customer labor claims and perform front counter duties as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong background in mechanics
- Above average communication skills
- Ability to complete vehicle inspections and maintain delivery vehicles
- Experience in handling customer returns and warranty claims
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is highly desired

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs
- ASE Certification
