What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment analysis or a related role
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Finance or an MBA
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CAIA
- Experience with alternative investment strategies
- Familiarity with portfolio management software
- Previous experience in a client-facing role
