      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide guidance and technical support to Resource Specialist Teachers on various educational aspects
      - Coordinate and implement staff development activities for teachers and school staff
      - Conduct assessments for specialized referrals and review assessment reports
      - Review IEPs for compliance and assist in monitoring their implementation
      - Attend IEP meetings as needed to provide input on curriculum and instruction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Earned Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Curriculum & Instruction, Special Education)
      - NCLB certification
      - Added Authorization in Autism Spectrum
      - At least two (2) years of successful full-time service as a Resource Specialist Program Teacher in a K-8 school
      - Valid Clear California Education Specialist Instruction Credential

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Valid Clear California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with English Learner authorization
