      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in creating and maintaining instructional design materials to enhance online course development
      - Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      - Collaborate closely with faculty and stakeholders to provide quality support for online teaching
      - Lead online course design projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications
      - Provide instructional design consultation and support for academic programs and faculty

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience
      - Strong project management skills with analytical and planning abilities
      - Familiarity with usability/accessibility standards in online education
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Experience teaching online higher education courses and knowledge of educational technology trends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Graduate degree in educational technology, instructional design, or related field
      - 3 or more years of experience in instructional design for online courses
      - Experience working directly with higher education faculty on course development
      - Training and experience using the Quality Matters™ rubric
      - Experience with learning management systems like Canvas
