  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Complete weekly course update tasks in Canvas with precision and on schedule
  - Collaborate with Instructional Designers to ensure all course updates are effectively completed
  - Maintain positive and professional relationships with customer groups across the university
  - Communicate updates and context effectively to the assigned Instructional Designer, when necessary
  - Assist with additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  - Familiarity with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  - Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  - Clear and effective communication skills, both written and spoken
  - Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement, adhering to the employer’s Community Life Covenant
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (strongly desired, but not required)
  - Willingness to participate in professional development for pertinent duties
  - Ability to make decisions and exhibit sound judgment
  - Must be able to maintain privacy and confidentiality standards pertaining to highly sensitive data
