This modern, cloud-based technology platform is growing quickly with over 10 million lives under contract. Join a dynamic team of IT professionals to provide subject matter expertise by supporting all aspects of training related to our flagship platform, Keyspring. In addition to conducting training sessions for various audiences, this position will develop resources, contribute technical writing for help documents, guides, system text, training courses, and web pages. Equally important to the success of this role is the ability to collaborate with business liaisons, analysts, testers, and developers will ensure effective system navigation support through enhancements.

  This is a unique position that will have subject matter expertise and focus on the delivery of training on our claims functionality of our solution. Prior experience working with dental claims would be strongly preferred for this visible role within NorthWinds and within our client partners. Additionally, this role will work with our Cornerstone LMS system and partner with various teams and departments to develop and deliver best in class training to ensure clients are prepared for utilizing our platform. This role requires strong business acumen, strong facilitation and communication skills, and time management and problem solving skills.
