- Aim to prioritize the learning experience by creating the most effective training solution.
- Design and develop learning materials, including courses, activities, sessions, live training events, full-fledged programs and any/everything in between.
- Able to ship quickly and efficiently, and stay calm even when the pace is frenetic
- Collaborate with Leads and Program Managers from craft teams to identify knowledge gaps or performance problems and develop effective learning solutions to address them.
- Use instructional design models and methodologies such as ADDIE and action mapping to design and develop effective learning experiences.
- Integrate learning technologies, such as Learning Management Systems and multimedia tools and various softwares into the design and development of learning experiences.
- Develop assessment tools and evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning experiences and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning materials.
- Write clear, accurate and concise documentation and instructions for various learning materials.
- Ensure that learning materials are accessible to all learners, including those with disabilities or impairments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest instructional design trends and technologies in Adult Learning to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of learning experiences.
- Work with stakeholders to align on priorities, collaborate on training and education initiatives, and communicate the long-term plans and ongoing progress.
- Developing online learning, training or enablement programs.
- Using content authoring tools and creating online instructional content.
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Experience as a learning experience designer, instructional designer, project manager or facilitator is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with adult learning styles, instructional design best practices, and models like ADDIE.
- Getting buy-in from, and engaging with, folks across diverse perspectives.
- The capacity to work on multiple challenging and nuanced projects simultaneously in a space that can be highly collaborative or autonomous.
- Experience working on a multi-regional team.
- A technical background.
- Working in a very fast paced environment
- Authoring experience in multiple learning tools and systems and the ability to leverage new tools quickly.
- Video creation and editing skills.
- Graphic design experience.
- Data/analytics experience - developing KPIs, survey creation and synthesis, etc.
- A track record of creativity and innovation.

Team Overview:
The Instructional design and Infrastructure team in Revenue L&D helps teams with identified performance gaps solve problems. Sometimes this might result in a course, but learning content can be many things, like simple activities, webinars, live training events, full-fledged programs or other mediums we have yet to even try. Teams in Revenue L&D come to us with challenges and ideas and we help them design the best learning solution to meet their needs.
Reports to and works with:The successful candidate will report to the Learning Experience Design team Lead and will work with a variety of teams within the Revenue org.
Role Overview:
This is a broad role that features a wide range of tasks and processes. Primary amongst these tasks will be the design and development of learning material. We primarily partner with Leads and Program Managers from Revenue craft teams who have identified knowledge gaps or performance problems. You may enjoy this role if:
