- Conduct learner and performance needs analysis with stakeholders and SMEs to uncover training opportunities and performance gaps.
- Design scalable, high-quality learning solutions aligned with business goals—across eLearning, ILT, job aids, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Talent Development and Retail Training to deliver learning programs that drive measurable results.
- Build and maintain engaging, accessible, and outcome-driven content for leadership development, performance improvement, and skills enhancement.
- Lead end-to-end design and development efforts—from concept through deployment and evaluation.
- Review and update existing training to ensure it stays relevant, effective, and aligned with best practices.
- Support the facilitation of training sessions and workshops, as needed.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with stakeholders at all levels—from SMEs to senior leaders—to create impactful training experiences.
- Instructional Expertise: Experience with adult learning principles, instructional design frameworks (like ADDIE), and blended learning strategies.
- Problem-Solving: You think strategically and solve performance challenges with creative, data-informed solutions.
- Project Management: You can juggle multiple priorities and keep projects on track with minimal oversight.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora; familiar with SCORM and LMS platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience designing and developing instructional materials, with a strong preference for experience in a retail environment.
- Proven ability to manage projects from discovery to delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems and eLearning standards.
