What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement aligned unit plans and instructional materials for elective courses focused on performance-based and project-based learning
- Collaborate with leadership to establish measurable goals for electives and instructional technology initiatives
- Support the enrollment and access of elective courses while ensuring the availability of necessary academic materials
- Facilitate professional development and coaching for educators to enhance instructional practices
- Analyze student achievement data to inform curricular improvements and support targeted student outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
- Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience
- Experience in a 1:1 blended learning environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong knowledge of instructional technology tools
- Experience in curriculum design or writing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience teaching or coaching in elective courses such as Dance, Theatre, Music, and/or Physical Education
- At least 1 year of instructional leadership experience, particularly in coaching teachers in a blended learning setting
