What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Teach select lessons in accordance with learning objectives and session plans
- Employ instructional best practices and leverage tech tools for adult learners
- Communicate regularly with students to align on progress and provide support
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Serve as a role model and ambassador for the company
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in web development
- Good experience as a JAVA full-stack developer
- Hands-on experience in implementing and testing web applications
- Passion for teaching and explaining complex technical concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile, GIT, HTML, CSS, MySQL, JavaScript, and other relevant tech stack
- Previous teaching or training experience in a similar field
