What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare course materials and presentations for mock meetings/lectures
- Complete weekly training assignments and participate in online meetings
- Facilitate student achievement and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Communicate effectively with students and team members
- Host mock meetings prior to the first scheduled term
What is Required (Qualifications):
- M.S. in behavior analysis or a related field with teaching or training experience
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the area of expertise
- Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using learning management systems (LMS), such as Canvas
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to take initiative
