What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate as a student in online courses to prepare for teaching roles
- Create teaching materials and prepare presentations for mock meetings
- Attend online meetings and complete weekly instructor training assignments
- Provide accurate scheduling availability for upcoming semesters
- Host mock meetings prior to the first scheduled term
What is Required (Qualifications):
- M.S. in behavior analysis or related field with teaching or training experience in behavior analysis
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the area of expertise
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to students and team members
- Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies

- Experience in facilitating student achievement and maintaining high satisfaction scores
