What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in online courses as a student to prepare for instruction
- Create teaching materials and presentations for courses
- Attend and contribute to online meetings and instructor training assignments
- Schedule availability for upcoming semesters and host mock meetings
- Facilitate student achievement and maintain high satisfaction scores
What is Required (Qualifications):
- M.S. in behavior analysis or related field with teaching experience
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in behavior analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to teach effectively
- Proficiency with Word and PowerPoint, and ability to learn new technologies quickly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with online learning management systems (e.g., LMS/Canvas)
- Demonstrated leadership and initiative in educational settings
- Commitment to student success and high-quality teaching
- Ability to work independently with integrity
