What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and deliver instruction in areas of expertise within the Radiologic Imaging Sciences program
- Engage in scholarly activities and service consistent with university expectations
- Supervise students during clinical practicum requirements
- Provide academic advising and participate in admissions and recruitment activities
- Contribute to program and curriculum assessment and planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current ARRT(R) certification
- ARRT certification in computed tomography or extensive experience in CT; must attain ARRT certification within one year of hire
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related or education discipline; must attain a master’s degree in education or health-related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ recent post-certification clinical experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in an education or health-related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ recent post-certification clinical experience
- Experience with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System)
- Recent teaching experience in radiologic imaging sciences
- Experience as a JRCERT recognized Clinical Instructor
