- Generate new business by identifying and prospecting potential clients in the P&C and L&H insurance markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Hours 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EASTERN
- Prior experience in insurance sales with demonstrated success in P&C and L&H product lines.
- Proven history of achieving high sales performance and meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid insurance license(s).
