About the Program: Our Sales Associate Training Program is designed to provide you with comprehensive training and hands-on experience in the insurance industry. Over the course of one year, you will receive paid training to earn your insurance licenses and develop the skills necessary to succeed as a Sales Associate. You will be mentored by experienced professionals and have the opportunity to work on real projects that make a difference in our agency and community.
