      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process monthly premium billing cycle for ASO PEPM fees and Medicare Advantage enrollees, including reconciliation of invoices
      - Research and resolve finance-related customer relationship management (CRM) requests, communicating resolutions to internal teams and external vendors
      - Communicate weekly claims funding totals for both capitated and non-capitated claims to ASO clients
      - Manage vendor information for accuracy to ensure timely processing of payments
      - Compile and process accounts payable while ensuring Medicare Advantage claims are settled promptly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related field
      - Minimum of two (2) years of accounting or finance-related experience
      - Proficient in using computers and standard office equipment
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in health plan financial operations
      - Familiarity with claims processing and accounts payable functions
      - Knowledge of federal regulations related to financial documentation
      - Experience with document preparation and records management
      - Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining relationships across the organization
