      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers
      - Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals
      - Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to meet production goals
      - Ensure accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely delivery of deposits to the bank
      - Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Sales or customer service experience
      - Ability to build relationships with sales customers
      - Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
      - Ambitious professional motivated by opportunities for advancement
