What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of mortgage insurance documentation
- Analyze insurance risk and prepare Lender insurance waivers
- Complete internal checklists and documentation related to insurance policies and coverage
- Function as an insurance subject matter expert, providing guidance on coverage-related inquiries
- Participate in team meetings and complete required training and compliance courses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate business degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with insurance for commercial real estate
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Adobe
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a team environment

- Relevant experience in real estate finance and loan servicing
