      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze property, liability, and regional perils to ensure insurance obligations are met as per loan documents and investor requirements
      - Review insurance policy renewal information to ensure compliance with loan documents and investor requirements
      - Remediate non-compliant insurance issues through effective communication with Agents/Brokers and Borrowers
      - Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers, ensuring proper communication and coordination with management
      - Monitor reports and deadlines to ensure timely completion of work and communicate portfolio status with management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate mortgage insurance compliance processing or related fields
      - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines with attention to detail
      - Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in daily activities
      - Quick learner with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office

      - Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
