What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze property, liability, and regional perils to ensure compliance with loan documents and investor requirements
- Review insurance policy renewal information from borrowers and agents to ensure compliance
- Remediate non-compliant insurance issues through timely communication with agents and borrowers
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers, coordinating with management as needed
- Monitor reports and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1-3 years of experience in the commercial real estate mortgage industry or commercial insurance
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in daily activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team
