      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform collection follow-up duties on various financial classifications, including commercial insurance and Medicare claims
      - Make collection calls to insurance companies and patients to ensure timely payment of claims
      - Review remittance advises for rejection and accuracy of payment amounts
      - Verify accuracy and completeness of charge tickets to maximize reimbursement
      - Respond to questions and requests from insurance companies and support customer service inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent high school certification
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping, accounting, or medical collection setting
      - Ability to handle confidential data and communicate effectively
      - Proficiency in collections strategies and medical terminology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Skills in computer literacy and handling office equipment
      - Experience in using telephone systems effectively
