  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead the elicitation and documentation of client business, functional, and non-functional requirements for software implementation projects
  - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and manage the requirements management plan
  - Partner with technical teams to discuss design and testing requirements
  - Analyze business requirements to identify product gaps and process impacts
  - Serve as a liaison between client stakeholders and the project team, ensuring clarity on requirements
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a business-related field
  - 3+ years of experience in software implementation delivery teams
  - Experience in the P&C insurance industry
  - Strong attention to detail and ownership of project deliverables
  - Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience with system replacement and/or integration projects
  - Familiarity with business analysis processes and documentation standards
  - Knowledge of SaaS solutions and risk management technology
