What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in and support compliance program activities including monitoring, investigations, policy preparation, and training
- Lead the compilation, tracking, and reporting of deliverables; review for accuracy and facilitate corrections
- Assist with vendor oversight activities, including documentation of pre- and annual delegate oversight
- Conduct compliance audits and related activities, including tracking documentation and preparing final reports
- Provide analysis, interpretation, and education related to compliance requirements to ensure effective implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, compliance, paralegal studies, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of health care compliance experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of health care regulatory experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)
- Understanding of compliance requirements for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Lines of Business
- Experience with CPA or audit and investigation
- Familiarity with vendor activity management
- Ability to analyze and communicate regulatory requirements
