What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage client communications and nurture important relationships
- Document policy changes on customer accounts in accordance with NAIC regulations
- Create competitive quotes for renewals and policy updates
- Keep track of policy details and documentation in a secured system
- Foster ongoing sales and renewals through excellent client service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have basic computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Active insurance license in your state or willingness to obtain it within 90 days
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with great follow-up abilities
- Experience as an insurance agent or in a related position is highly preferred
