      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Verify patients' insurance coverage and confirm pre-authorizations for services
      - Serve as a liaison between the revenue cycle management (RCM) department and various facilities
      - Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls for financial and medical screenings
      - Maintain high-quality customer service standards in compliance with regulations
      - Assist in training new team members and support front desk staff with accurate insurance entry

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role with direct customer interaction
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience handling high volumes of inbound or outbound calls
      - Understanding of federal or state government agencies, including Medicaid and commercial coverages
      - Proven time management skills and ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining HIPAA compliance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience collecting patient payments or copays
      - Familiarity with various eligibility systems
      - Ability to problem-solve simple technology issues
      - Experience communicating complex information effectively
