      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review patient accounts to ensure accuracy and timely payment according to established protocols
      - Communicate professionally with patients and insurance companies regarding sensitive financial matters and unpaid balances
      - Resolve patient billing complaints and inquiries, initiating necessary adjustments and follow-ups
      - Respond promptly to insurance companies' requests for information
      - Prepare write-off requests with appropriate documentation for supervisor approval

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of two years' experience in a medical business office setting, preferably with insurance collections and follow-ups
      - Strong analytical skills to review accounts and resolve billing issues
      - Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and insurance representatives
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding patient account status and financial matters

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
      - Knowledge of medical billing procedures and insurance terminology
      - Previous work experience in a cancer care or oncology setting
