      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow up with insurance companies on billed claims regarding claim status and resolution of payments
      - Review patient accounts for potential insurance benefit eligibility and prepare claims for billing
      - Accurately track payments and payment verifications, contacting patients for additional information as needed
      - Provide thorough documentation and updates in all required systems for each work event
      - Identify root causes of issues and concerns, determining resolutions and referring to management as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate or equivalent relevant work experience
      - Previous insurance, medical billing, or customer service experience
      - Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office
      - Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
      - Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment
