Responsibilities
• No Cold Calling!
• Various types of Leads Available
• Warm Call prospective Clients
• Set Appointments for yourself based on your Schedule
• Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals
• Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs
• Commit to remaining educated about the various types of insurance, insurance-related protocols, and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of program requirements and ensure our customers are satisfied
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer's individual needs
• Maintain a portfolio of existing customers and pursue insurance sales with new clients by using sales strategies that may include cold calling and networking
Qualifications
• Need to be a hard worker, determined, and self-motivated
• Must live in AND be authorized to work in the US
• Ability to work independently, although team support is provided
• Be interested in managing a home-based operation
• Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial
• Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license
• Fundamental computer skills such as experience with Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders
• High school diploma necessary; college degree a bonusAbout the company
