      Responsibilities

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Study, Learn, and execute with on-the-job training
      • Shadow client meetings, plan designs, and presentations
      • Analyze client financials to determine their needs and risk tolerance
      • Review available options for clients
      • Recommend which areas or services fit the client's need
      • Participate in marketing and expansion strategies

      Qualifications

      Qualifications:
      • Minimum 18 years of age
      • Legal U.S. Resident, Citizen, or Work Permit with SSN
      • A soft background check required
      • Able to complete licensing requirements within 30 days
      • Strong Entrepreneurial spirit.

      **If you are not licensed in your resident state, we will help you get into a course to prepare and pass your exam, but you are expected to be able to pass your test for your state within 7-10 days.**
      • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree a plus
      • Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial
      • Candidates must have some computer experience, including the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs
      • Working knowledge of accounting and sales lead software is a plus
      • Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license
