      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect for new business from provided insurance leads and generate new leads
      - Prepare, quote, and close all prospective leads to achieve sales targets
      - Service existing policies and maintain regular contact with customers to enhance retention
      - Collaborate with a team of sales professionals to drive overall success
      - Answer billing questions from clients and insurance personnel, with assistance from the Accounting department when needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must hold a Property and Casualty License
      - Applicant must reside in Texas
      - Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
      - Must be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
      - Proficiency in multi-tasking, following through, and following up

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bi-lingual candidates are highly preferred
      - Exceptional presentation, communication, and closing skills
